A. Our goal is to have a response waiting in your e-mail box within 24 hours.

A. Yes, we do.

Q. Why is your service free?
A. Our service is free because we receive commission direct from the computer companies each time a computer is purchased. This model allows us to keep costs away from the user while still maintaining quality consultation practices.

Q. Am I obligated to anything?
A. Absolutely not! We provide our consultation services for absolutely no cost to you. We will never try to sell you anything, force a purchase or other salesman "techniques." We promise only to give you the "best bang for the buck" system recommendation to save you time and money.

Q. Why should I trust Phenom Consultants?
A. A very good question. Our consultants have nearly 40 years of computer related experience between them. All have configured, built, installed and maintained computer systems for personal use and clients. One of our consultants works in the largest computer lab in his company, maintaining no less than 1600 computers at any given time.

Q. Can I use you for a second opinion?
A. Sure! We encourage you use us as a second opinion or get a second opinion elsewhere. Obtaining a second opinion is a safe and better way to go about doing things, especially when considering larger purchases such as computers. Keep in mind however, you will find that no two recommendations will be the same but should be close.

Q. Does Phenom Consultants offer phone consultation?
A. No, we do not. In order to maintain quality of service we only provide online consultation.

Q. What if I have a question about a consultation response? Can I get additional help?
A. Absolutely! E-mail us at support@phenomconsultants.com with your reference number (which is located at the top of the consultation response) in the subject line.

Q. What doesn't Phenom Consultants do?
A. Phenom Consultants only provides consultation services. We do not build, support, repair, warranty or troubleshoot any of the products that we recommend. If these services are needed they must be requested through the manufacturer from which your placed your order with.

A. No. Phenom Consultants respects your privacy. We will never sell any user information to anyone or any entity. Your information is kept private and will not be given, sold or redistributed.
